Step 5 of 5 - Website
Step 4 of 4 - Final Step

Update Your Website.

Your website is where most prospects make their decision. If BoxEx is part of what you offer, it should be visible there. This step turns BoxEx into a sales tool that works around the clock.

1

Add BoxEx to Your Front Page or Benefits Page

Your front page is where 90% of potential new members make their decision. A single mention of nationwide access - even one sentence - adds real perceived value before they ever contact you.

Two ways to do this:

Option 1 - One Sentence to Add Anywhere

When you join {Gym Name}, you also get access to a network of CrossFit gyms across the country - so your membership travels with you.

Option 2 - Full Benefits Page Block

{Gym Name} is a member affiliate of The Box Exchange Network - the CrossFit drop-in network connecting affiliates across the country.

When you join our gym, you get a free first class at any participating BoxEx gym when you travel. Keep your training consistent, explore new communities, and stay connected to CrossFit no matter where life takes you.

Your membership is more than local. It travels with you.

You can also embed one of the web banners below directly on your homepage. Link them to theboxexchange.co/Athletes to let prospects learn more.

Print a Review Sign for Your Gym

A sign near the entrance or the whiteboard with a QR code to your Google review page catches members at the right moment - when they are energized after a good workout and their phone is in their hand.

Download the template, open it in Canva, add your logo and a QR code linked to your Google review page. Print at Staples 8.5x11 and grab a frame while you are there. Put it somewhere your athletes will see it when their phone is accessible.

Post an Announcement Poster In Your Gym

Some members will miss your emails and social posts. A poster on the wall catches people in the gym who missed the earlier announcements. It also introduces visiting athletes to BoxEx when they walk in.

Print it at Staples at 11x17 on the good paper. Put it somewhere with high foot traffic - near the entrance, the whiteboard, or the water fountain.

The Annual "Review for a Shirt" Event

Once a year, run a simple event: every member who leaves a Google review gets a free gym shirt. New design each year. It sounds small but it works every time for three reasons:

People Feel Valued

Getting something free makes people feel appreciated. Appreciated people stay longer and talk about you more.

Walking Billboards

A community wearing your shirt around town builds awareness and trust faster than any ad. People see it, they recognize it, they ask about it.

The Math Works

If a handful of members stay even one month longer because they feel more connected to your gym, it pays for every shirt many times over.

In-Class Announcement

"Hey team - we are doing our annual review drive this month. We have a new gym shirt for anyone who leaves us a Google review. All we need is your shirt size and a review on Google. Ask at the front desk and we will get you the link."

Onboarding Complete

You Are All Set.

BoxEx is now part of how your gym operates. The system is running. Your members will feel the value over time - and so will you.
