#3 AUTOMATED MEMBER UPDATE


  • To add new members to your BoxEx roster, you can periodically use the sample member spreadsheet in your dashboard (it's ok to upload your entire list again, the system will ignore athletes already in the system and only add the new ones) 
  • OR
  • Create an automated email in your welcome email sequence for new CrossFit members and use the email below to automatically direct them to our Access Request page. When a new athlete requests to be added to your roster we'll send you an email and you can confirm with just one click!
  • We recommend at least 3-4 weeks for new members so they can get the hang of CrossFit. If you have a seasoned CrossFitters join your gym you can definitely send them this link before then.
